The venue was spectacular, and the silent auction items were elegantly presented. I know how much work goes into an event that large and elaborate. It went off without a hitch. “I heard of EYS through The Breast Cancer Coalition of Rochester. I am a breast cancer patient who, after 6 months of treatments, is still having a hard time financially. Tracy from BCCR gave me the name of EYS and the telephone number to call. I called and spoke to Lisa, who was so helpful and compassionate. I followed her instructions and applied. Within one month, I got a response and good news that they would assist me with one month of my rent that I was behind on! I am so very grateful to EYS for their help. It is scary enough to adjust your life to living with breast cancer, but to have the stress of financial difficulties on top of that makes the adjustment and the peace of mind so much more challenging.
